The ETVFD is Awarded The Red Cross Animal Rescue Hero Award

By ETVFD Watchdesk

March 11, 2024

This past Friday, crews from the Exeter Township Volunteer Fire Department were invited to a breakfast that honored local heroes from Berks County. The crew pictured received The Red Cross Animal Rescue Hero Award for their actions in an incident on Gaskill St during the historic flooding this past summer.

This is the 6th time that The ETVFD has been awarded a Red Cross Award.

If you or anyone you know is interested in learning more about what it means to be a member of The ETVFD, inquire via our website or stop by on a Tuesday evening at 6:30 PM!
