The ETVFD has issued over $60,000 in 1st and 2nd quarter incentive checks to its members for 2010.  The members receive an incentive check based on participation with the newly implemented staffing program, fire responses, training participation, community event participation, etc. 

We have over 20 members that have earned over $1,000, 12 of those members have earned over $2,000, 5 of those members have earned over $3,000, and 2 OF THOSE MEMBERS HAVE EARNED OVER $4,000 in the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2010.  Members receive their checks on a quarterly basis with end of year incentives being distributed in December.  All in all, an active member will receive 5 checks a year for their participation.  Over 50 ETVFD members have received incentive checks in 2010!
